In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and ground cloves.

Cut each ham steak into two four ounce portions.

Cook the ham steaks in butter over medium heat until browned on each side.

Spoon half of the glaze mixture over the ham steaks, then flip them over and add the rest.

Cook the ham for a minute or two more on each side, or until the glaze has reduced.
