A little more about the book…
As the title indicates, the book contains over 100 recipes in my classic budget friendly, easy, real-food style. Most of the recipes are brand new, but I’ve included a few web favorites for new readers to enjoy!
In effort to keep the price low and easily affordable, the recipes do not include step by step photographs (pictures are expensive, y’all!). But fear not, the instructions are easy and as always, I’m happy to answer your questions. If the recipe titles and descriptions aren’t enough to get your appetite going, there will be a 16 page color photo insert with pictures of 24 of the recipes in their final, delicious form.
The beginning chapters include basic information about how to shop, cook, and eat on a budget. I’ve included a kitchen primer with lists of basic kitchen and pantry items to help stock your kitchen and get it ready for major money saving action. And, because the freezer is my favorite secret weapon, I’ve included best freezer practices keep your frozen foods safe and delicious.
In the back of the book you’ll find appendixes with lists of both vegetarian and vegan recipes to help you quickly find the recipes that suit your lifestyle. If you’re having trouble combining recipes to create a well rounded meal, I’ve also created an appendix with menu ideas and simple recipe pairings.
I’ve done my best to create an easy to understand, go-to guide for beginners with enough interesting and exciting flavor combinations to keep seasoned cooks entertained. I hope you enjoy!

I will update this list as more vendors are available. The book is only available for pre-order at this time and physical copies will ship after February 4th, 2014, when the book goes to print. E-book copies will be available for purchase when the physical book is available for purchase.
