Instructions
Find 2 small plates with a slight lip or 2 shallow bowls and pour the olive oil into each. Then, stir in the minced garlic cloves.
Then, stir the salt and black pepper into one bowl and the crushed red pepper and salt into the other bowl.
Then, add the balsamic glaze and minced parsley to the bowl with the black pepper, and add honey to the bowl with the red pepper flakes.
Let the finished dips sit at room temperature while you toast the bread.
