Add the chicken broth to a pot and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
Once the broth is boiling, whisk in the polenta. Turn the heat down to medium-low and let it simmer, stirring often, for about five minutes or until it has thickened.
Turn the heat off and add the butter and Parmesan. Stir the butter and Parmesan into the polenta until fully melted. Taste and adjust the salt or butter as desired. Serve immediately.
