I love warming up with a mug of this simple Golden Milk—it’s creamy, gently spiced, and incredibly comforting. Made with turmeric, coconut milk, and a touch of honey, it’s the kind of drink I reach for when I want something soothing without much effort.

*Thai Kitchen is my favorite brand of coconut milk, easily found at my local Walmart. I prefer this over the cheaper alternatives for texture, flavor, and quality. **You can use any type of milk you have on hand. I love making this with unsweetened almond milk, but it’s great with whole milk, too! Keep in mind, the higher fat content of any dairy milk you use, the less likelihood of curdling.
