-Frozen Banana -Peanut Butter -Brown Sugar -Vanilla Extract -Milk
Add frozen banana slices to a blender along with peanut butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract.
Add milk to bananas and peanut butter. I use whole milk, but you can use the milk of your choice.
Blend the ingredients until smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more milk. If it’s too liquidy for your taste, you can add more frozen, sliced bananas.
